This award is given periodically and under
special circumstances to an outstanding individual whose many years of dedication and
service reflect the values, character and integrity exemplified by Ernest R.
Oldham, and whose enthusiasm, leadership and professionalism serve as an
inspiration to others in the continuing development and success of Instantwhip
Foods and its employees.
The Recipient of the award shall be chosen by the Chairman of the Board upon
recommendations from the Board of Directors. The management of any
franchise is welcome to forward to the Board of Directors the name of any
employee considered deserving of the award. Employees of any company
franchised by Instantwhip Foods, Inc. are eligible for consideration.
Awarded to Art Groscost (2003), Fred Prilipp (1998) and Bob Truly (1997) in
recognition of their leadership, enthusiasm and professionalism which serve as
an inspiration to others in the continuing development and success of
Instantwhip Foods and its employees, and whose many years of dedication and service to
Instantwhip Foods reflect the values, character and integrity exemplified by Ernest R.
Oldham.
