Our sour dressings have
appearance, body and flavor comparable to real sour cream, but offer much
more versatility and longer shelf life - with amazing cost
savings.
Sour C™ is such a good
substitute for sour cream that many cannot tell the difference and often
prefer the taste of this premium cultured, buttermilk-based dressing. You
can use it in exactly the same ways you would the real thing - topping
baked potatoes or Mexican entrees, creating creamy stroganoff sauce and
mixing dips for vegetables. It is superior as a base for salad dressings,
allowing you to prepare the dressing as thick or thin as you like, without
sacrificing flavor.
Tater Top™, cultured or direct
set, will perform these same tasks, but offers economical, lower-fat
alternatives.
Whatever the recipe, if it says
sour cream, you can confidently use our sour dressings instead ... and
