- HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
Shelf Life
Frozen: One Year
Refrigerated: 60 days
- Stability
Five days whipped, when
refrigerated
- Yield
Four times liquid volume

PREPARATION
- Store frozen until ready to use
- Thaw under refrigeration (38°F, 3°C) for 48 hours
- DO NOT REFREEZE
- Shake well or stir after thawing
- Pour into chilled bowl
- Fill whipping bowl 1/4 full
- Whip on medium speed for bestyield
- Product is finished when it begins to pull away from side of bowl.
